ROOT CHAKRA (MULADHARA) e.g. ELEMENT, CORRESPONDENT COLOUR, WHAT TO DO THE ENHANCE ETC.
There are seven main chakras located to one's spine, there's the Root Chakra, Sacral Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, Third Eye Chakra and the Crown Chakra. All come in order from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Chakras generally mean and pertain to the energy that circulates all throughout one's body and while there are plenty of chakras that go and are located on varying parts of the body, there are seven vital ones that are very much given more attention to.
This is about the first chakra of the seven main chakras, it is called the root chakra which can be found on the lower part of the spine or the base of the spine. This chakra amplifies the following energies; security, vitality, survival and stability and the colour that it is most associated with is the colour red. The root chakra, like how every other chakras work, should be kept balanced at all times in order to achieve an energetic spirit and a secure feeling. When root chakra is balanced one can feel their tip top best self in the physical context, optimal weight, one will start to eat healthy.
There are plenty of ways to activate the root chakra and keep it balanced like this method; Try to relax all your muscles as you close your eyes and breathe deeply. start to Inhale through the nose, pulling the breath as far down into your body as you can, and exhale through the mouth. and then turn your attention to the location of the root chakra, right below your tailbone. Notice any tightness in the area. Once you have the Feeling the Force of Grounding you've completely opened up and activated your root chakra, this is because the root chakra has a direct connection to the earth, your body may begin to feel heavier as if planted to the ground. The root chakra gained its name as it is located right at the base of your spine, on your coccyx. There are plenty of ways to open up or activate your root chakra other than meditating and for some other cases, yoga poses. You can open up your root chakra by eating Root vegetables like carrots, potatoes, parsnips, radishes, beets, onions, garlic, and protein rich food like eggs, meats, beans, tofu, soy products, peanut butter. The spices that suit it are chives, paprika and pepper, basically anything that is grown as roots and other produce and food that gives protein and strength.
Like the beautiful and resilient tree, us humans are very much alike to them. and our root chakra can very much be associated with how resilient is the tree to how resilient us humans can be once it is activated. There are a ton of things to know about the root chakra that is absolutely fascinating. For one, the root chakra is whatever grounds you to stability in your life, much like how the roots keep the trees stable and stronger compared to when it is only standing tall on itself. This includes an individual's basic needs such as food, water, shelter, safety, as well as your emotional needs of interconnection, and being fearless. It practically revolves around one's commodities and basic needs to survive and it also includes one's emotional well-being as it is a very vital thing one needs in order to survive. Experts believe that It is the most important Chakra as this is the Fundamental (or Mool) Chakra which means it is where the rest of the chakras depend on for stability (Again like how roots are depended on by trees) They are the foundation of all seven chakras that are aligned on one's spine.
